Delivery Terms

Ordered goods are delivered by the following means:

• by a third-party courier service

Delivery is made to the Consumer's address within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, unless otherwise stated on the website.

Before dispatching the ordered goods, the Trader has the right to contact the Consumer at the telephone number provided by the Consumer in order to clarify details of the order and/or delivery.

The Trader shall not be liable for failure to fulfil an order where the Consumer has provided false, incomplete and/or inaccurate personal data, including where the Consumer has provided an incomplete, inaccurate or fictitious address or telephone number.

Delivery is made within the time frames stated under each delivery option in the ordering interface. In extraordinary circumstances, the Trader reserves the right to extend the delivery period, informing the Consumer thereof in a timely manner.

The Trader processes orders within 1 business day of the order being placed. Delivery is normally carried out within the period customary in practice for the selected delivery method.

Ordered goods are delivered against signature; larger shipments sent by courier are delivered to the entrance of the building.

The Consumer is obliged to inspect the goods at the time of delivery and to notify immediately of any non-conformities, shortages or damage found. If the Consumer fails to do so, the delivery shall be deemed accepted without objection.

For international deliveries, the rules for the delivery and receipt of shipments of the respective national postal service apply, as well as the national legislation of the country in which the recipient of the goods is located.

All import duties payable upon importation of the goods shall be borne by the Consumer. The Consumer may not claim a refund of the price if they have refused to pay the import duties or to accept the shipment.

The Trader reserves the right to change the available delivery and payment methods and/or their terms at any time by publishing the available delivery and payment methods on the website without further notice.
